Melt, decorate and fill with our Guittard® Chocolate collection. The chocolate wafers allow you to melt them quickly and use them very easily in any of its 3 options: White, dark, and milk.
Ideal for coating and dipping:

- Pretzels
Some chocolate experts also use Paramount Crystals for certain applications where a more flowy melted chocolate is required.
IMPORTANT: Depending on the weather in your location, this product may melt in transit if exposed to very high temperatures. If this situation happens to you, don't worry because the chocolate will still work well for you.
