A macaron is a sweet meringue-based confection made with egg white, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond powder or ground almond, and food coloring. Outside France, a typical macaron is presented with a ganache, buttercream or jam filling sandwiched between
two such cookies.

An easy macaron recipe with handy tips for your macarons giving perfect results every time. You will be so happy with the results.

  • 1 Lb Powdered Sugar (Must Purchase In-Store)
  • 1 Lb of Granulated Sugar (Must Purchase In-Store)
  • Filling of Choice (ex. Ganache, Strawberry Topper, Pineapple filling, Coconut
  • filling, Guava, Mango, or Cajeta, ect. )
  • Flavoring of Choice (Optional; ex. Vanilla, Strawberry, Almond, etc)
  • 5 Large Eggs
  • Chefmaster Super Red

        Be prepared for a 2 to 3 hour journey with instructor Alejandra in  BakersBodega Anaheim  learning center. Classes vary in time depending on the student’s speed. This is truly a hands on experience, where you get to interact with the instructor and other students that want to learn new things. Come and enjoy the fun.

        Please show up at least 20 minutes before to prepare for class or walk around the 12,500 square foot store and shop ingredients, supplies and accessories for cake, bakery, decorating and donuts

        Gracias por tu interés en nuestros cursos.

        Por favor, leer las reglas necesarias a seguir para tomar la clase.

        • 1. El material debe estar completo al menos un día ANTES de la clase.

        • 2. La clase empieza puntual, por lo que deberá estar al menos 15 min antes del inicio. Después de10 min iniciada la clase no se permitirá la entrada, sin devoluciones.

        • 3. Ofrecemos 10% de descuento en todos los materiales de clase adquiridos con anterioridad al día de la clase, mostrar su confirmación de compra en cajero.

        • 4. No ofrecemos clase de recuperación o reemplazo, si no puede llegar a la clase, la perderá y no habrá reembolso.

        • 5. Para el mejor desarrollo de la clase, es muy importante tener todo dispositivo celular en vibrar o silencio, si requiere hacer una llamada telefónica, ésta deberá hacerse fuera del salon de clases.

        • 6. La entrada es únicamente permitida para las personas que van a tomar la clase.
        • Queda estrictamente prohibido ingresar a la clase con material no pagado.
